Risk & Disclaimer

Risk & Disclaimer Policy for BPL Stadium, a browser-based football simulation game. This Policy explains the principal risks associated with playing the game and clarifies what the Service does and does not provide.

Last updated: 22 May 2026 ยท Version 4.0 ยท Effective immediately

BPL Stadium is a sports-themed browser game. The Service is not a betting platform, not a bookmaker, not a gambling product and not a financial service. All matches, balances and outcomes inside the simulator are fictional. No real money is accepted, stored or paid out by the platform under any circumstance. References to "stake", "odds", "win", "balance" or similar vocabulary inside the user interface are creative elements of the football-simulator genre and have no real-world equivalent.

Quick points (player-facing)

Use this list as a fast recap. The numbered sections below carry the full detail.

  • BPL Stadium is a browser-based football simulation game running entirely in your browser.
  • It is not a betting site, bookmaker, gambling product, financial service or investment platform.
  • No real money is ever accepted, stored or paid out by the Service. All amounts are virtual units.
  • Match outcomes are produced by software and can deviate sharply from intuition; streaks are normal.
  • Past in-game results, league tables and example bets are illustrative and do not predict future results.
  • Virtual currency cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged or converted into real currency.
  • You can lose your full virtual Balance through ordinary play. This has no effect outside the Service.
  • You must be at least 18 to register, and you are solely responsible for your decisions while playing.

This Policy complements our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and Refund Policy. In case of any conflict, the Terms & Conditions prevail.

1. Purpose of this Policy

This Risk & Disclaimer Policy (the “Policy”) outlines the principal risks associated with using BPL Stadium, a browser-based football simulation game. It is intended to give every user a clear picture of what the platform is, what it is not, and what consequences can arise from interacting with its features.

The Policy sits alongside our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and Refund Policy. If anything in this document conflicts with the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions take precedence.

By using bplstadium.com or any of its sub-domains and features (collectively, the “Service”), you confirm that you have read this Policy in full and accept its contents.

2. Game-only platform (no betting, no advice)

2.1 Entertainment only. BPL Stadium is a sports-themed entertainment game. The Service consists of a deterministic football simulation, a league table, a transaction ledger for in-game currency and a pitchside advertising feature. All of these run inside your web browser for fun.

2.2 Not betting, gambling or financial advice. Nothing displayed on the Service — including odds-style numbers, balances, transaction histories, advertising boards, tooltips, emails or any other piece of content — constitutes:

  • a betting, gambling or wagering service;
  • a financial, investment or trading product;
  • advice, recommendation, tip, signal or prediction in relation to any real-world event;
  • a security, deposit, payment instrument or electronic-money product.

2.3 No real money. The Service does not accept real money, does not store payment information and does not pay out real currency under any circumstance. All amounts shown inside the simulator are virtual units denominated in a “$” symbol used purely for game flavour.

2.4 No external execution. The platform is not connected to any broker, exchange, bookmaker, custodian, payment processor or other regulated provider. The Service has no live link to real-world fixtures, markets or scores.

3. Risk of in-game losses and variance

3.1 Virtual loss. While the Service handles only virtual currency, the in-game balance allocated to your account can be reduced to zero through normal gameplay. This affects nothing outside the Service.

3.2 Streaks and variance. Match outcomes are generated by a deterministic simulator seeded with pseudo-random values. Short-term sequences of results can deviate sharply from long-term averages. Extended losing or winning streaks are an inherent property of the simulation, not a malfunction.

3.3 Genre vocabulary. The simulator borrows vocabulary familiar from sports broadcasting and odds boards — “stake”, “odds”, “payout”, “balance”. These words are used for genre flavour only. Users who are uncomfortable with that style of interface are encouraged to discontinue use.

3.4 Not a model of real-world events. The Service is not designed to model real markets, real fixtures, real bookmakers or any other real-world phenomenon. Outputs of the simulator are not predictive of real sporting events and must not be treated as such.

4. Past match results & simulated outcomes

4.1 No predictive value. Match results, league standings, transaction histories and any performance-style content within the Service are illustrative, not predictive. They have no bearing on real football matches, leagues or markets.

4.2 Past results don’t indicate future results. Even within the simulator, sequences of results from earlier match-days do not reliably predict subsequent ones. Each match is freshly generated when its clock starts.

4.3 Hypothetical scenarios. Where the Service displays “what-if” examples, backtests or sample bets, they are constructed for illustration and carry inherent limitations:

  • they assume idealised in-game conditions;
  • they are not adjusted for player psychology or real-time pressure;
  • there is no guarantee that any hypothetical outcome will be reproduced during live play.

5. Virtual currency specifics

Virtual currency in BPL Stadium has the following characteristics that you should understand before interacting with it:

  • it is not money in any legal or economic sense;
  • it does not represent ownership of, or a claim against, any asset, fund or revenue stream;
  • it is created, displayed and destroyed inside the Service only;
  • it cannot be transferred to other users, withdrawn from the platform, or exchanged for real currency, vouchers or merchandise;
  • its in-game purchasing power is defined entirely by the simulator’s rules and can be changed by the publisher without notice;
  • it is stored in the local storage of the browser used at registration and is lost if that storage is cleared.

6. Use of the simulation engine

6.1 Software-generated content. Every match, every goal, every league position is produced by software running in your browser and on our server. The simulator may:

  • produce results that look improbable or counter-intuitive;
  • contain bugs that occasionally produce inconsistent outputs;
  • fail to reflect changes to the simulator immediately after they are deployed.

6.2 No automated decisions with legal effect. The Service does not make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects based on automated processing. Every action you take in the game results from your own click on a button.

6.3 User responsibility. You retain full control over whether to use any feature of the simulator. You should not treat any in-game number as advice for real-world conduct.

7. Third-party services & links

7.1 Third-party providers. The Service uses a small number of third-party providers to deliver fonts, the open-source 3D rendering library and standard hosting infrastructure. These providers are independent of the publisher and operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

7.2 No endorsement. Where the Service displays a brand name — for example on a pitchside advertising board — the appearance of that name is a creative element of the game. It does not constitute endorsement, recommendation or partnership unless we state so explicitly elsewhere.

7.3 External links. Some pages link to external websites for reference. We do not control those sites and accept no responsibility for their content, availability or any consequences of your interaction with them.

8. Virtual currency: not money, not investment

8.1 Not an investment. Top-up packages offered inside the Service are descriptive elements of the game flow. Selecting a top-up package — whether through the Tariffs modal or any future interface — does not:

  • create an investment of any kind;
  • create a claim against the publisher or any third party;
  • entitle you to share in the financial performance of any business;
  • create any reasonable expectation of profit, return or yield.

8.2 No external value. Virtual currency held in your account cannot be sold or exchanged on any external market. There is no secondary market for it, and the publisher does not maintain one.

8.3 No outcome guarantee. Spending virtual currency on bonuses, premium packages or pitchside advertising boards does not guarantee:

  • improvement in your in-game results;
  • any particular position on the league table;
  • any specific personal benefit outside the Service.

9. Suitability and personal use

9.1 Your decision to play. You alone decide whether to engage with BPL Stadium. Before doing so you should consider:

  • whether sports-broadcasting vocabulary feels comfortable to you;
  • whether you have the spare time for an entertainment product of this kind;
  • whether interacting with virtual win/loss mechanics is appropriate for your personal circumstances.

9.2 Age restriction. Users must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Adults are responsible for preventing minors from accessing accounts created in their name.

9.3 Local law. It is your responsibility to ensure that access to a sports-simulation game is permitted under the laws of your country of residence. Where in doubt you should seek independent legal advice or refrain from using the Service.

10. No guarantees & limitation of liability

10.1 No availability guarantee. The publisher does not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted access to the Service;
  • error-free operation of the simulator;
  • any particular standard of performance;
  • preservation of in-game balances after a browser update, change of device or cache clearance.

10.2 At your own risk. You use the Service at your own risk. The publisher is not responsible for any in-game outcomes, lost balances, or any time spent interacting with the simulator.

10.3 Cross-reference. The limitations of liability set out in our Terms & Conditions apply in full to anything arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on any in-game content or example.

11. Jurisdiction & regulatory status

11.1 Jurisdiction. As set out in our Terms & Conditions, this Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction provisions in those Terms.

11.2 Regulatory status. BPL Stadium is published as a browser-based football simulation game. It is not operating, and does not hold itself out as, a broker, investment firm, bookmaker, payment institution, electronic-money issuer or any other regulated entity. The Service is not designed to provide regulated investment, financial, gambling or betting services, and it is not designed to solicit or accept client orders for execution against any real-world market.

11.3 Future changes. If the publisher’s regulatory status changes at any point in the future, this Policy and the related disclosures will be updated accordingly.

12. Translations and language versions

This Policy is published in English. If translated versions become available, they are provided as a courtesy. In the event of any inconsistency between the English text and a translation, the English text prevails.

13. Acknowledgement

By creating an account, opening the Service, spending in-game currency or otherwise interacting with any feature of BPL Stadium, you confirm that:

  • you understand the Service is a sports-themed entertainment game;
  • you understand that nothing on the Service constitutes betting, gambling, financial, investment, tax or legal advice;
  • you are solely responsible for your own decisions while using the simulator;
  • you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Risk & Disclaimer Policy together with the Terms & Conditions and our other policies.

Understanding these points is essential before using BPL Stadium.

If you are not comfortable with sports-broadcast-style vocabulary, with the possibility of losing your full in-game balance through normal variance, or with the absence of any guarantees of outcome, you should not register an account or interact with the simulator.
